Hi, my name is Rebecca and I have been a Virtual Assistant since 2017. 

 

I am based in Stafford in the Midlands.  Before starting Virtual Satsuma, I worked predominantly in Education, starting as an administrator in Staffordshire University and finally training as a School Business Manager – working in different schools across the Midlands, this experience has equipped me brilliantly for being a Virtual Assistant - as nothing fazes me. 

 

My admin skill set is diverse, I have had experience of all aspects of administration, including email and calendar management, organising meetings, travel and events. Since starting Virtual Satsuma I also have excellent experience with social media, automations, book keeping using Quickbooks and Xero plus building Wix websites.

I now work from home, virtually supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs offering them administrative, website, book keeping and social media support.  I am proficient with Microsoft Office and google.  My IT skills are excellent, and I can very quickly learn new platforms and systems.  I have excellent organisation skills. I am motivated and hardworking.  I have a ‘can-do’ attitude and relish a new challenge.  The clients I work with regularly praise me on my communication skills and the ability to get the job done.

In the last 12 months I have been supporting more Neurodiverse business owners, working with them in a way that suits them, from email management to body doubling.

Personally, my interests include riding my Harley in the summer, walking my naughty fur babies, travel, and spending time with my family. 

Organized and Efficient

Sanitas Hub is a Mental Health First Aid Training company,  Rebecca has been working with Sanitas Hub since August 2020 providing administrative and book-keeping services.  Rebecca is very proactive and happy to work on her own initiative, she is flexible to requests.  One of her main tasks was to review QuickBooks and reconcile payments to banking and clients to ensure payment is prompt and outstanding payments were chased.  Rebecca also provides administrative services such as monitoring emails, replying to enquiries, and taking and processing bookings.  My business requires the use of different web platforms which Rebecca was quick to understand and use.  I find Rebecca to have excellent communication skills and a willingness to support my business.  I would recommend Virtual Satsuma services if you are looking to start working with a Virtual Assistant.
