I’m based in Stafford, in the heart of the Midlands. Before starting Virtual Satsuma, I worked in education as an administrator at Staffordshire University and later as a School Business Manager. These roles gave me a wealth of experience, strong organisation skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure - all of which I now bring to my work as a Virtual Assistant.

 

I support small businesses and entrepreneurs with administration, websites, bookkeeping, and social media. I’m confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Xero, and Wix, and I learn new systems quickly. Clients often describe me as motivated, reliable, and easy to work with.

 

I especially enjoy supporting neurodiverse business owners, adapting the way I work to suit their needs - whether that’s email management or body doubling for accountability.
